Ingredients
- 100 gr Dates
- 1 Apple
- 50 gr Coconut flakes
- 2 Tbsp. Coconut oil
- 1 - 2 Tbsp. rice protein powder
Instructions
- With a hand blender, blend the apple first
- Then add the dates and blend again until everything is well incorporated
- Thereafter add the coconut flakes and incorporate them well in your mixture
- Melt the coconut oil and add it to your mixture as well
- Finally, you can add the protein powder and make sure everything is well mixed
- Extend your "dough" onto a backing paper
- Choose your favorite cookie cutters
- Cut your cookies
- When you are done, keep your cookies in the fridge for at least 3 hours
- Then you can enjoy them
- If you don't eat them all at one, store them in the fridge
