Ingredients
- 10 Dried plumbs
- 5 - 8 Dates
- 50 - 100 gr Coconut flakes
- 150 - 200 gr Apple
- 50 gr Coconut milk
- 3 Tbsp. carob powder
Instructions
- With a hand blend, blend the plumbs, the flakes, apples, 5 dates and the carob powder until getting a very smooth mixture
- On a separate container mix your coconut milk (drip the fluid and use only the fat) and the dates until smooth
- Take some of the plumb mixture and then form small round and flat cookie-like patties and keep them on the freezer for around 6 hours
- Store also your coconut mixture in the freezer for several hours
- Thereafter take a patty and spread some of your coconut mixture on one side
- Take another patty and cover the side, forming like a small sandwich-like form
