Ingredients
- 1 Apple
- 1 Banana
- 5 dried plumbs
- 3 Tbsp. plantain flour
- 75 ml water or rice milk
- Optional: 1 Tbsp. rice protein powder
- Cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven at 150 ° C
- Cut the apple and the banana in thin slices
- In a large bowl, add the flour, the plumbs and the water and mix everything with a hand blender until the ingredients are well incorporated
- On a tray, form your first layer with the apple slices
- On your first layer, spread a Tbsp. of your plantain flour mixture and add another layer of apples
- On top of that add some banana slices and spread again a full tablespoon of your flour mixture
- Again add another layer of apples and bananas
- Continue to do so, until your "lasagna" is big enough
- I did just 3 or 4 layers
- Place your tray in the oven for 15 minutes
- Take it out and enjoy!
